    Hello AJHS FAMILIES!
    It's time to show our support for AJHS! There are several opportunities to serve or donate below. We really appreciate your help! 

    Calendar Dates:

    July 31st - Schedule Pick-Up/ Spirit Gear Pick Up/Donation Drop-Off 
    9th grade - 9-11am 
    8th grade - 1-3pm
    [Buildings will be open for students to walk through their schedules - teachers not on campus]
    August 2nd - ACS Staff Returns (PTO will cater a breakfast - thank you for your donations below ❤)
    August 5th - PTO will cater a staff lunch (THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATIONS below ❤)
    August 6th from 2- 4pm - MEET YOUR TEACHER [Teachers will be present to meet students]
    August 8th - First Day of School
    August 27th - Curriculum Night [Parents/Students will walk through daily schedule and teachers will present their course outlines/answer questions]
     

    Volunteers needed for Schedule Pick Up Day

    We need volunteers to serve at  the PTO donations table, Spirit Store table, and Snack Cart Collection Tent. Please see the sign up link.
     

    Teacher Snack Cart Donations:

    Our monthly treat cart is a HUGE morale boost for our teachers!! These items can be dropped off July 31st right inside the Performing Arts Center entrance (same entrance for schedule pick up). We will have a cart available for heavier items (ie: cases of bottled water).
     

    SPIRIT GEAR PICK UP

    If you preordered Spirit Gear from our AJHS store, your items will be available for pickup in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center. We will be located in the concessions area outside the auditorium. (see map below)
    If you haven't ordered Spirit Gear yet, we will reopen the link July 31st. New orders will be sent home with your child from school.
     

    ONE STOP SHOP PTO Donation Link:

    Make a donation to your PTO by using the link below. This is a "One Stop Shop" that covers the following categories:
    • PTO Membership - $5
    • Hospitality/Teacher Appreciation - $25
      • provides catered meals for our amazing staff 💥💥
    • Teacher Grant - $20
      • provides classroom supplies/instruction materials for teachers that apply for grants ❤

    These PTO items can also be purchased individually on My School Bucks by searching for "AJHS PTO".  PTO memberships can be purchased and donations can be made in person on schedule pickup day! Please find the PTO table inside the Performing Arts Center lobby.

  • A Note from the President

    Hello Auburn Junior High School Families!

    The Auburn Junior High School (AJHS) PTO would like to welcome you to our school. For those of you who are unfamiliar with us, we are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children.

    The AJHS PTO works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for students, teachers, and parents. We are here to help students and staff by providing support for educational and recreational needs; to promote open communication between administration, teachers, and parents/guardians, and to encourage AJHS school spirit and pride. The PTO uses its resources, both manpower and monetary, to support the efforts of the staff and to provide learning and enrichment opportunities for our children.

    Here are some ways you can support AJHS PTO:

    • Visit MySchoolBucks to join PTO and/or make a donation
    • Watch for Signup Geniuses to help with teacher appreciation events and Community Connections needs
    • Participate in Restaurant Nights (Support our school and our local restaurants!)
