Camp Drake will be held the week of July 19-22 (Tuesday-Friday) for our upcoming 6th grade students. Team placement notifications will be sent out and will contain specific information regarding each student's team and date/time for Camp Drake. Students who have not completed registration will not receive team placement notification until all documentation has been completed and submitted.

Cell Phones (pg. 38 in ACS Parent Student Handbook): If the device is visible, heard, or in use we will confiscate the device in line with the procedures detailed in the handbook.
Dress Code (pg. 22-23 in ACS Parent Student Handbook): As a reminder, Drake Middle School follows the secondary dress code policy. Please revisit clothing choices with your student to ensure they are in line with the procedures in the handbook. Particularly the “4-inch” rule with regard to shorts and the details regarding leggings. There are some newer styles in shorts for both boys and girls that do not meet the “4 inch” requirement.
Camp Overview: This three-day volleyball camp is offered to 4th-8th graders (2022-23) and will feature an insider's look into the AHS Volleyball Program. Come see how your AHS Volleyball Tigers train! Campers will learn a variety of serving, passing, and hitting techniques. A T-shirt is guaranteed with pre-registration. Lunch will be provided and is optional. During lunch, campers will watch an exhibition match featuring the AHS volleyball players.
Date/Time: Monday, July 25th - Wednesday, July 27th, 2022 from 8:00 - 11:30 am
Location: Auburn High School Gym
Cost: $120 per individual camper. $100 per camper if two or more from the same family. For three or more, please call 334-887-0049 to register. The registration deadline is Monday, July 19th.

We will be having “Tiger Training Tuesdays” throughout April and May. This is for female students ages 5-13 who would like to learn about basketball and improve their skills. The dates of Tiger Training are April 12th, 19th, 26th and May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th. Click here for more information.
In May 2018, the Board of Education approved Facility Plan 2028, a 10-year plan addressing the demolition, reconstruction and renovation of buildings and the impact of student growth on facilities capacity.
