Mr. Matthew Hooper
My name is Matt Hooper. I began teaching at Auburn Junior High School in 2005. I am originally from Ohio but have spent most of my life in Alabama. I was raised in Mobile and completed my Bachelor of Arts and Masters from the University of Mobile. I began my teaching career in 1994. After several years of teaching in Mobile, I moved to Auburn and completed my Educational Specialist Degree from Auburn University in 2010. I am certified in Secondary Language Arts and have taught English, Speech, Theatre, and many other subjects. I am excited to be the 8th and 9th Grade Theatre teacher.
