Dr. Melissa Baker
My name is Melissa Baker, and I am proud to be a part of Auburn Junior High School. This year will mark my third year as a school administrator. Prior to moving into administration, I was a teacher for almost 21 years; I taught middle school and high school Spanish, middle school reading, and high school English. I received my Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Auburn University, and I hold my Doctor of Education from Louisiana Tech University; I also received administrator certification in Instructional Leadership through the University of West Alabama. As an administrator, I am dedicated to building strong relationships with stakeholders and to partnering together to meet the educational needs of every student.
