Federal Program Descriptions

The Federal Programs section includes programs funded by The Elementary and Secondary Education Act as well as other programs funded through the United States Department of Education (USDOE).  These programs include Title I, Title II and Title III.  In addition, the program for English Learners (EL) whose primary language is not English, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Discipline Review Committee (DRC), and Response to Instruction (RtI) are coordinated through this office.
