Welcome to the Beason Bunch! I am thrilled to begin a year of learning and growing together! While this will be my first year at Pick Elementary, it will be my 11th year teaching. I graduated from Auburn University with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 2008. War Eagle! I taught 3rd grade for two years before moving up to 5th grade.

This will be my ninth year teaching 5th grade U.S. History and for many of those years I also taught English Language Arts and Science. I have taught at both Dean Road and Wrights Mill Road. After four years away with my young children, I am excited to be back in the classroom and teaching my absolute favorite subjects in the most wonderful grade! Please know I count it an immense blessing to teach your children and to come alongside your families as we all journey through 5th grade. I know we will soar to new heights together!
