Mrs. Crystal Nolen
My name is Crystal Nolen, and I am the social studies teacher for the Panther team! In 2008, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Troy University with a degree in elementary education. Prior to joining the Drake team, I taught third and fifth grade at Headland Elementary School, and I was also a preschool teacher for First Baptist Church, Headland. I believe in building relationships and a sense of community within my classroom, which is a place where students take ownership of their academic achievements. I have been married to my husband, Seth, since 2008, and we are blessed with two children, Grady (2012) and Lillian (2016).
