This is my ninth year teaching, and, "there is no place I would rather be, than Cary Woods Elementary"!  I fell in love with Cary Woods during my internship in the fall of 2014.  I attended Auburn University (War Eagle!) where I received my Bachelors of Science and Masters degree in Elementary Education.  I have taught Kindergarten for 4 years, and this is my fifth year teaching Second Grade!  This age is so sweet and their love of learning blows me away!

Cary Woods is extra special because I first met my son when he was a Kindergarten student!  I began fostering him when he was in first grade, and I was able to adopt him when he was in 2nd grade.  DJ is a 4th grader at Pick this year.
