The mission of Cary Woods Elementary Library is to provide a program which will enable individuals to become information literate and effective lifelong readers. The program will provide educational and technological opportunities to students and staff in keeping with their needs and abilities. The program will also enable individuals to access, analyze, assimilate, and use information effectively. 

 

 

Lost/Damaged Books:

Second grade students are allowed to check out three books at a time. The children may keep the books for two weeks. After the two week time period, the books will be marked "overdue".

All Cary Woods Elementary School students visit the library with their class on a fixed schedule. Our library also offers a flexible schedule. This means the students are allowed to return, check out or renew library books at any time during the school day.
