Mrs. Emily Waldrop
I was born and raised in Auburn and am excited to be a part of AEEC again this year as one of the PreK teachers in the Red Pod. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Auburn University in 1997 and my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2000. This is my 15th year teaching in a public school setting. In the middle of my teaching career, I took 12 years off to stay home with our three children. I am married to Mike and we have Trent (20), Tanner (18) and Mallory (15). I am looking forward to a wonderful year with our sweet PreK friends!
