I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope International University in Fullerton, CA, a teaching credential from California State University of Fullerton, and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama. I absolutely love teaching 5th grade at YES! I have also worked for 18 years as the Director of Children’s Ministries at Spring Road Christian Church and one year as an adjunct professor at Point University. I have a wonderful husband, Perry, who is the campus minister at Auburn Christian Fellowship and three grown children, Rebekah, Rachel, and Noah plus two son-in-laws, five grandchildren, and two fur babies! I am excited to be in my 12th year at YES working with fabulous 5th graders and their families!
