Change of Transportation (C.O.T.)

Student safety is a priority for us, and we will not change a student’s method of transportation home after parent(s)/guardian(s) informs us on the first day of school.  If you need to change your student’s transportation home, you will need to complete a Change of Transportation form.  Click this link to access the form: Richland Elementary School Change of Transportation Form

If you wish to change your student’s transportation, we must have a signed copy of the C.O.T. form by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the change to ensure that everyone is aware.  You can submit this form by:.

• Sending a hard copy of the form with your student (your student will need to give this form to their teacher as soon as they arrive).
• Emailing a digital copy to your child’s teacher and front office secretary.
