Ms. Ginny Atwood

I couldn't be more proud to be teaching in Auburn City Schools at Woodland Pines Elementary School! I grew up in Auburn and am a product of Auburn City Schools. This is truly a special place! I am entering my 18th year of teaching. I have taught in Memphis, TN, Enterprise, AL, Poquoson, VA, and Hayden, AL. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. I also have experience in teaching private preschool. I can't think of a "job" that I would love any better than teaching young children! It's truly my passion and what I was created to do! I consider it a great honor and privilege to be your child's teacher. You are entrusting me with your most valuable possession. I will strive each day to love and care for your child in the way that I would want my own most valuable possessions to be cared for. I look forward to working alongside you this year and discovering those things which make your child unique. Let's make it a fantastic year!!
