Mr. Joseph S. Rowser, III

This is my 19th year in education, and I am truly excited to work at Richland Elementary School. My first two years of experience began as a high school band director at Loachapoka High School. After that, I transitioned to Tuskegee Institute Middle School where I was the band director for five years. Next, I launched into the area of general music here with Auburn City Schools (ACS). As of now, my tenure with ACS has been the last ten years of my career. I love the excitement of being able to teach your little ones, so let us get ready to have a great time at music with Mr. Rowser.
