MacKenzie Saunders

Hi, my name is MacKenzie Saunders! I moved to the plains in 2014 during my 9th grade year and graduated from Auburn High School later. I then moved on to get my associates degree from Southern Union before transferring to Auburn University where I received my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. In my free time, I love reading, planning for my classroom, watercolor painting, and spending time with my husband, family, and friends! I have a big family where I am the middle of five with two older sisters, a younger sister, and a younger brother. I am also a proud aunt of two nieces and a nephew. I am definitely accustomed to a busy lifestyle from growing up in a full house!

I actually completed my clinical residency at Creekside and absolutely fell in love with the environment created by the staff, admin, and teachers, so I am beyond excited to join the CES crew and meet my students this fall!
