Ms. Teresa Hunter

Hello! I am Teresa Hunter and I am the counselor for students with a last name starting with G through N. My Bachelor's degree in Psychology is from Auburn University and my Master of Education in Clinical Counseling is from the University of Montevallo. Currently I am working on my Educational Specialist degree from Troy University.  When I am not on the AJHS campus I am often traveling to see one of my triplet daughters.  I have 3 girls who are in college.  My daughters represent the SEC! I have to cheer for Auburn University, University of Alabama, and University of Mississippi!  So, football season is always very busy and fun.  I also have two sweet fur babies that have my heart.  They are Willow and Zoey. Please know that I truly have a passion for helping your student be as successful as possible. I want your student to be successful in their present classes and also dream about their future.
