Matthew McVay
Mr. McVay began teaching at Auburn Junior High School in 2017. He teaches 9th grade Advanced Biology and Core Biology. Mr. McVay also teaches Biology courses at Southern Union State Community College and a Science Education Methods course at Auburn University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries--Aquatic Resource Management, a Master of Science degree in Biology, focusing on coral reef ecosystems, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Science Education.
