Drop In Policy         

It is the policy of this school to welcome any child in to the after school program on a “drop in” basis when a parent has the need to occasionally leave their child in someone’s care. A written note needs to be sent to the classroom teacher on the day the child is to stay for the MAGNET program. On some occasions, when the person responsible for picking up a child at end of the school day is delayed past a designated time, that child will be placed with the Magnet Program. The parent needs to be prepared to pay for that day’s care before leaving the child or when the child is picked up. If payment cannot be made on that day, it should be sent in the next morning. The fee for this service is $15.00 for one child, $10 for each additional child. Please make checks payable to ACS After School Program. Checks must include work and home phone numbers and address (no P.O.).
