Classroom and School Rules:
Consequences:quences of not exhibiting respect and responsibility:
· 1st offense = verbal warning
· 2nd offense = time-out within the classroom
· 3rd offense = time-out with another teacher…usually 30 minutes…and a note or phone call to parents.
*If misbehavior continues, then a parent conference will be requested and the student will be put on a daily behavior modification checklist that must be signed by the parents and returned each day.
Behaviors that warrant immediate attention are hitting, stealing, abusing school property, showing disrespect to an adult or classmate, and continually choosing not to follow directions.
Severe discipline problems are handled through our principal,
Pete Forster, and/or our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Daniel.

1. Your character is defined by what you do, not what you say or believe.
2. Every choice you make helps define the kind of person you are choosing to be.
3. You don't have to take the worst behavior of others as a standard for yourself.
4. You can choose to be better than that.
5. What you do matters, and one person can make a big difference.
6. The payoff for having good character is that it makes you a better person and it makes the world a better place.
