Math Helpers

In Math we have started Fractions. We will be working on these for the next few weeks. I will post some helpers on here for students to reference in the coming days. In the meantime, here are the times tables to help your child reinforce the multiplication unit we finished before the holidays. They should be practicing these every night. The division unit we just finished up will play a large part in fractions. In case you haven't noticed the pattern we are building on everything your child has learned this year.

Fractions are found everywhere we look. Next time your family has pizza night turn it into a mini refresher course for fractions. Or, if you are making dinner point out the fractions located in the recipe. They are everywhere.
