Workout Schedule
*** Summer workouts are every Monday
and Wednesday from June 2nd to
July 30th. Camp dates for JV are June 20-21. On those days,
there will be no open gym. Therefore, there are 16 summer dates
scheduled. Practice is from 5-9 p.m. and you MUST
attend 10 of those dates.
