Mrs. Anderson

My name is Amy Anderson and I am excited about being your child's teacher this year!  I have a true passion for teaching and I am constantly searching for ways to make learning fun and engaging for my students.

A little about me...

I am originally from Mobile, Alabama. I have a husband, John, and two miniature schnauzers, Daisy and Elli.  I taught third grade at Meadowlake Elementary School in Mobile for five years.  This is my fourth year teaching in Auburn City Schools.  I feel lucky to have taught third grade for the entire time!

I received my undergraduate degree from Troy State University in May of 2000 and went back to Troy to complete my Master's degree in May 2006.  My emphasis was instructional technology, so I love to find ways to integrate technology into our daily classroom life.
