Homework Policy

 Behavior Expectations

 





 

     Students will be given daily assignments in class. Each night the student should bring their classwork home to go over. There will be some days that the students will have additional assignments to enrich their learning experience. Each morning at the time assigned, all work from the previous day will be due. Unless otherwise stated.

     

   Students that do not turn in their work at the appropriate time will have the opportunity to turn in their work late on the next day with a  -10% deduction  After the second day no credit will be given.

Each student will start the day with a blank behavior checklist. As an inappropriate behavior is observed, the student will be notified that

he/she has received a check mark.

Consequences: 

  1. Warning

   2. No recess or silent lunch  

    3. Time out in room

           4. Time out in another room/

                    contact parent

      5. Office Referral   

               

 

Reward:

Every eight weeks: Participate in

 Fabulous Fifth grade Fun Day
