Ogletree Elementary School

Home of the Ogletree All-Stars

MissionMotto & PledgeSong

Thank you for visiting the Ogletree Elementary School website.   We are busy working in the 2007-2008 school year.  We appreciate the support of our students, parents and community.

Ogletree Elementary School is located in Auburn, Alabama.  We are one of five elementary schools in the Auburn City School system.  Ogletree serves students in first, second, third, fourth and  fifth grade.  We have approximately 600 students and 63 faculty and staff members.

Ogletree celebrates the diversity of each student.  We represent many different countries and many different cultures.  To provide for the uniqueness of each child we offer art, music, “Venture”, Title One Reading, physical education, library media services, counseling and an After School Program  to support our traditional classroom curriculum.

Ogletree is a Literacy Demonstration Site, participating in the Alabama Reading Initiative.  Teachers are well trained to offer the best to our “All-Stars!”  Having attended advanced seminars and training, O.E.S. teachers provide individualized language arts instruction designed to best meet the needs of our children.  Reading is a top priority at Ogletree!

We hope you’ll find time to visit Ogletree Elementary School.   I know you’ll find the students, parents, teachers and staff at Ogletree to be friendly and inviting!  We look forward to seeing you soon!  In the meantime, "REACH FOR THE STARS...THEY ARE CLOSER THAN YOU THINK!"
