my other OASIS friends to keep Ogletree Elementary School neat and
tidy.
- I will do my best to keep my
clothes (no playing in the mud) and my personal belongings (backpack)
tidy.
- I will pay attention and not
distract others during class activities or homework.
- Just a reminder about homework
time....“We will provide a quiet time for students to complete work, but
cannot guarantee completion or correctness. This must be monitored
by a parent/ guardian.” (This information can be found in the Parent/ Student
Handbook)
- We understand that it is a common
mistake for children to leave their homework materials in their regular
classroom. We as a staff try to accommodate this by going with the
student to retrieve their materials; however, should this become a daily
routine, the parents will be notified to help resolve the issue.
- First Offense: Verbal
Warning.
- Second Offense: Time Out (A
student's timeout will depend on age; such as, 6 years old = 6 total minutes
of time out).
- Third Offense: Miss Simmons
will notify a parent at the time of departure and discuss the possibility of a
Red Sheet.
- For major offenses (such as ones
listed on the Red Sheet) a Red Sheet will automatically be given.
- Any student who receives a Red
Sheet or has been placed in time out more than three times during the week
will not be allowed to participate in our Fun Friday Activities.
