Birthday Book Club is an extraordinary way to celebrate your child’s special day and help the Ogletree Library Media Center grow! This program allows parents to pay $10.00 for a new hard cover book (usually ranging in price from $15.00 to $21.00). The books are pre-selected by the Media Teacher and then the students may choose from this group. After your child’s special Celebration day the book will be donated to the Media Center in honor of this occasion. Each child who joins the Birthday Book Club will receive:

Birthday Book Club Certificatev
Their picture on the Birthday Book Club Wall.v
A special celebration in the Media Center with cupcakes and ice cream.v
The opportunity to be the first to check out and read the new book.
The Birthday Celebrations will take place near the beginning of each month. Students will be called to the Media Center for the fun. Students with birthdays in the summer months can choose any month to celebrate or they may celebrate in September or in May.
