Information about the RECIPE PROJECT.  The cover page should include name, country, and name of your dish.  The Second page should have the name of your dish, the ingredients and their amounts, and directions for making the dish.   You should also include the number of servings made by the recipe.  Page three should be the same recipe as the original with a twist.  The twist is that you need to triple the recipe.  Page four also has a twist.  Again, take the original recipe but this time I want you to only make three-fourths (3/4) of the recipe.  You may include any work that you need to do on additional pages.  The project is due on Friday.  Bonus points will be awarded if you make the dish for our Naturalization Ceremony on Friday.  We will share the dishes at 2 p.m.  
Remember, this is an optional assignment.  You do not have to do a project.  If you decide to do the project, you do not have to make the dish.  If you want to make the dish, you must do the project for my class.
