Tests:

(100 points each)

•      A test will usually follow the end of a chapter and/ or unit, about every 2 or 3 weeks.

• There will not be a "re-take" for failing grades!

• Tests will remain in school in a folder parents may review at conference.

• There may be 4-6 tests per quarter

• There  may be a final exam given at the end of each semester.

Projects:

Students will work on assigned countries this quarter

(100 points)

 Research projects may be assigned each quarter.

Students will have a minimum of 2 weeks for completion of projects.

A handout with directions, requirements, grading rubric and due dates will be provided for each project.

Unexcused late projects will only be worth 50% credit.
