Welcome to J. F. Drake Middle School. This is my fourth year as Assistant Principal at Drake. Prior to my move to Auburn City Schools, I taught for six years in Decatur, Alabama. I began my career in education in college as an after-school teacher with Huntsville City Schools. I also taught Space Camp at the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville. I completed my coursework at Alabama A&M University earning a B.S. in Elementary Education, a M.S. in Elementary Education, and my Administrative Certification and will complete my Educational Specialist degree in Administration in the near future.
My wife, Kimberly, teaches 8th grade language arts at Auburn Junior High School. I have three children, Jouri, Jaden and Jayme.
