It is school policy that students store their backpacks in their lockers during the day.  Backpacks are only used to carry books to and from school.  If you are purchasing a new backpack, please keep a smaller size in mind.

A locker shelf is recommended but not required

Regular math students will need to purchase:  
        1 2 inches thick three-ring binder
        4 one-subject, graphing notebooks (wireless or perforated work best)
