This is my tenth year teaching and my seventh year teaching seventh grade.  I grew up in the city of St. Louis, Missouri, but my true home and family roots have always been firmly planted in Alabama.   I love reading, writing, cooking, gardening, boating, and running (when I can fit it into my busy schedule!)  This is going to be the best year yet, and I cannot wait to get to know my new students!
