1st Offense - Verbal warning and redirection 2nd Offense - Time Out: 5 minutes with time/place determined by teacher 3rd Offense - Time Out: 10-15 minutes depending on the severity of the offense 4th Offense - Contact parent(s) by phone, e-mail, or note in take home folder 5th Offense - Office Referral
