Take A Look At What We Will Be Learning

Reading : We began our new reading program last week.  We read about Iris and Walter. This story was about a little girl moving from the city to the country.  Our story for this week is Exploring Space. We will learn  about the planet and the sun. We will find out how the Earth rotates and revolves in space.

Handwriting: We will continue reviewing the correct way to sit and hold our pencils.  We will also review vertical, horizontal, circle, and slant lines as well as keys to legibility.  We will start printing upper and lower case letters of the alphabet. We will also practice writing words correctly.
