Monthly Music Planning
Welcome to a new year in music at Cary Woods. During the first month of school, we will be getting re-acquainted, and we will be reviewing music skills through singing, playing instruments, movement, reading music, and creating music.
This year, I have a unique opportunity to teach first and second graders twice a week. Lesson one of each week will be devoted to integrating music with the songs, chants, and poems that go along with the new reading series. Lesson two each week will be a full music lesson.
