Kindergarten Registration Information

Date:  January 29, 2008

Times:  8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P.M.

The following items are needed in order to register your child for kindergarten:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Social Security

3. Current Alabama Immunization Record (Blue Card)

4. Proof of Residence (Copy of Lease or Mortgage)

5. A Utility Bill with Current Address (Same as the Current Lease or Mortgage   Address)
