Theme Development
During the course of the year, we will integrate our academic skills through themes of study. Our theme this year is the Africa. We will focus on African animals in the grassland, rainforest, and desert. We compare the environment of each of these land areas. Our theme will last until May and conclude with a purple pod-wide culminating activity. We will travel to Africa on an airplane that we will construct as a pod.
