Mission Statement

The mission of the Athletic Department is to provide the Facilities, Resources, Coaches, and Leadership that will encourage and support the existence of a safe competitive, and equal opportunity Athletic Program for grades 7-12 in the Auburn City Schools.

Due to inclement weather, the first round schedule of the Class 6A Region 5 baseball playoffs for Auburn High School vs Jeff Davis has been revised as follows:
Game 1 - Saturday, April 19 @ 5:00 PM
Game 2 – Saturday, April 19 @ 7:30 PM
Game 3 if necessary – Monday, April 21 @ 5:00 PM
All games will be played at Auburn High School

Required Information

All Athletes must turn in the following paperwork before trying out for any sport at Auburn City Schools:

Concussion Form
Physical Form
Ins. Parent Waiver Form
Sports Med Form
2013 Student Release Form

If an athlete makes the team they must turn in an original birth certificate which will be copied and returned.

Each athlete must complete the Star Sportsmanship program as required by the Alabama High School Athletic Association. 10th, 11th and 12th graders use code star00988. 7th, 8th and 9th graders complete program under Advanced Middle School (not your grade,) using code star00989.Print certificate and turn in.

All paperwork needs to be turned into the Athletic Office at Auburn High School room 600. Please call 334-887-4969 for more information.
