New Student Enrollment

When enrolling it is the responsibility of each parent, guardian, custodial parent, or attorney-in-fact to provide the following information for their student :

Proof of Residency (TWO documents)

All Auburn City School students must live within Auburn city limits and reside with parent(s), custodial parent, court appointed/approved legal guardian.

The school must have current documentation of residency to include the following:  A current lease, purchase/mortgage, or rental agreement, PLUS one of the following:

a.       Current utility bill

b.      Property tax statement

c.       Driver’s license

d.      Car tag receipt

e.       Voters registration card

f.        List of tenants provided by the Apartment Complex, Mobile Home Park, or the Public Housing Authority

·        A current Alabama Certificate of Immunization (blue card)

·        Birth Certificate

·        Social Security Card

·        Legal Guardian or Foster Parent Documentation

·        Previous school records

·        Student Demographic Card (to be completed when registering)
