Team Rules: Tigers Are… Respectful, Responsible, Ready!
I. Tigers are Respectful.
A. Respect all students and adults on campus.
B. Use appropriate language at all times.
C. Take care of school property.
D. Refrain from negative comments.
II. Tigers are Responsible.
A. Know the rules and Follow the rules.
B. Study or work a little each night.
C. Politely communicate your needs to adults on campus.
D. Keep up with your personal and school-issued belongings.
III. Tigers are Ready.
A. Be on time to class and be on time with assignments. See page 26 of your agenda.
B. Keep unwelcome items out of class. (Food, electronics…)
C. Come to school prepared for the day.
D. Know your numbers. (Lunch number, locker number, combination…)
Consequences:

· Student Conference
· Parent Notification
· Detention
· Administration Involvement
· Office Referral
---The order and use of consequences may vary based on the severity of the rule violation.
Procedures:
I. Entering Class
A. Bellwork will be on the board every day.
B. Work independently on Bellwork.
C. Be in assigned seat, with all materials on desk, working quietly when the bell rings.
II. Absences/Make-Up Work See page 20 of your agenda.
A. If you have an unexcused absence, you will receive a 0 for any work you miss.
B. It is your responsibility to get make up work the first day you return form an excused absence.
C. If a test day is missed, student will be required to complete test upon return.
D. Other missed material will be due within five days of absence.
III. Restroom Use
A. Students will have three emergency restroom visits per class to be used during a nine week period.
B. Use these visits wisely. If you choose to visit the restroom a 4th time, it will cost you a detention.
C. Any time you leave the classroom you need to complete the Sign-In/Sign-Out sheet correctly and completely.
D. Use the restroom on your hallway.
E. Report any restroom issues to your teacher in case a custodian needs to be called.
IV. Homework
A. Students are expected to correctly complete all homework and bring it with them to class.
B. Homework can be checked at any time and in a variety of ways.
C. Students should not work on homework for another class or write personal notes in class. These will be taken up and dealt with appropriately.
D. Straying from computer sites used in a daily lesson will result in termination of computer use for the remainder of the class. Repeated violations of this sort will have consequences.
V. Disruptions
A. Gum, candy, food or drinks are disruptive to class. Do not bring them to class. See page 8 of your agenda.
B. Non-instructional items (cell phones, I-Pods, cameras, etc.) are also disruptive and are not allowed at school. See page 11 of your agenda.
C. Students are expected to follow the school dress code. Avoid clothing that may be distracting. See page 15 in your agenda.
