Teacher P-Drive Synchronization

Double click on the My Computer icon.  Then right click on your P Drive and select “Make Available Offline” as shown below.

The Offline Files Wizard will open as shown below.  Click on the “Next >” button. (See below)

Make sure the “Automatically synchronize the Offline Files when I log on and off my computer” is checked.  Then click Next. (See below)

Make sure the “Enable reminders” and “ Create a shortcut to the Offline Files folder on my desktop is unchecked.  Then click Next. (See below)

Select “Yes” in the “Confirm Offline Subfolders” window as shown below.

The computer will then begin synchronizing your files.  This will take several minutes the 1^st time.  After that, it will only take about 1 minute as you log on or off.
