Senior Poll Packets (with instructions for completion) are distributed during advisor meeting. See Mr. York or Mrs. Crouse for a packet. Packets are due September 11. |
| Wednesday, September 12 | SIGN PAINTING!! First pep rally is Friday--Sign painting is in Mr. York's room--837U. BE THERE AND BRING A FRIEND!! Theme is: "Round Up the Red Devils" |
| Friday, September 14 | PEP RALLY--Meet in the courtyard at 2:40. Wear all your western wear--boots, hats, bandanas, big belt buckles, western shirts, jeans, etc.--and be ready to support our Tigers!! |
| Friday, September 14 | SENIOR DUES/DIPLOMA FEES ARE DUE BY THIS DAY!!!!! See Mr. York (837U) if you have questions. |
| Tuesday-Thursday, October 2-5 | Homecoming Banner preparations begin!! Meet in Mr. York's room for "Banner Building" and sign-painting. |
| Friday, October 5 | DEADLINE for Senior Ads for the yearbook. See Mrs. Crouse with questions. |
| Tuesday and Wednesday, October 9-10 | Homecoming sign-painting in Mr. York's room (837U). HOMECOMING THEME: "Deflate Dothan". |
| Friday, October 12 | PEP RALLY on the Hill at 2:30. Wear your swim gear (appropriate to school dress code!!)--swim fins/flippers, goggles, snorkels, board shorts, flip-flops, sunglasses, and bring your DEFLATED pool toys--floats, floaties, etc. You can also bring DEFLATED balloons, tires, etc. |
| Wednesday, October 17 | Presentation from Balfour concerning Caps and Gowns |
| Wednesday, October 24 | Sign Painting for the Opelika pep rally and game--immediately after school in Mr. York's room. |
| Friday, October 26 | PEP RALLY at 2:40--Theme is "BBQ the Bulldogs" Bring (or wear) your cooking utensils--pots, pans, plates, aprons, chef hats, etc. (NO KNIVES OF ANY KIND!!). |
| Thursday and Friday, November 1 and 2 | Cap and Gown orders taken during all lunch waves. |
| Friday, March 7 | Seniors report to the New Gym for a class assembly. Attendance will be taken, and activities, including information about Project Graduation, are planned. |
| Saturday, April 19 | PROM!! Senior Lead-out begins at 10:00p.m. |
| Thursday, May 1st | Awards Day--AHS Auditorium at 9:15a.m.; click here for the Scholarship Verification form |
| Friday, May 16 | MANDATORY Graduation Practice at 7:50 in the Auditorium. Senior Day activities to follow. |
| Monday, May 12-Thursday, May 15 | Seniors should remove all monies from your lunch accounts this week. Any monies left will become the property of Auburn City Schools. |
| Sunday, May 18 | Baccalaureate in the AHS Auditorium at 5:00 p.m. Line-up begins at 4:00 in the Cafeteria. |
| Friday, May 23 | Graduation--MANDATORY practice at 1:00; Ceremony at 6:00--both at AU Coliseum. |
