Policies , Procedures And Grading

Students will dress out and participate each day.

They will do stretching and warm up exercises each day followed by a 15 minute run 2 days a week, jump roping one day and agilities one day before they play games or work out in the fitness room.

They will be given one day per 9 weeks that they don't have to dress out without loosing points.

We will accept 2 notes from home per 9 weeks to be excused for illness.

A Doctor's note is required for all illnesses longer than 3 days.

Failure to dress out other than the above mentioned, will result in the loss of 5 points per day.


Fitness Workout

Students are shown and instructed in the proper use of all the equipment in the fitness room on the first day.

They will work out in the fitness room every other day for the entire 9 weeks.

For the first 9 weeks they will go through circuits as a group, using light weight and more reps. This will change to more weight as they add reps. if they choose to depending on whether or not they want to build bulk or just get fit.

The second 9 weeks they will be given a choice of 3 different programs they can choose to work on on their on. This includes 20 minutes of Cardio on the machines.
