After graduating from Auburn University, I was lucky to take a job with Auburn City Schools.  Since then, it has been my mission try to make real-life learning situations in the classroom.  I am a Cooperative Learning trainer for the school system, a member of the Technology Committee, and the 2007/2008 Teacher of the Year.  I teach a Mass Media class called Tiger TV, in which students operate a television station that broadcasts to the high school on a closed-circuit system.
