AHS Junior/Senior Prom will be held at AHS New Gym April 19, 2008 beginning at 8pm. All Juniors and Seniors attending prom MUST pay their Junior dues in order to receive an invitation. Students bringing dates that are NOT Juniors or Seniors at AHS must pay a $10 date fee and receive a ticket for their date to attend prom. Junior Dues and Date Fees can be paid to either Ms. Brunson (Room 310) or Ms. Shaw (Room 517). Invitations can be picked up from Room 517. Students MUST HAVE A VALID AHS Student ID and their invitation in order to be admitted to the dance. Replacement AHS Student ID's can be made at the Media Center for a cost of $1. Students MUST have an appointment to have their picture taken at prom. Students should see Mr. York for appointment times.

Senior Leadout will begin precisely at 10pm. Parents are encouraged to park in adjacent lots to the New Gym so that our students have parking available for the dance. Senior Leadout will be located to the right side of the New Gym.

Parents are needed to help setup and take down after Prom. The Junior Class will be working Saturday, April 11th from 9am-4pm; Sunday, April 12th from 2pm until 4pm and everyday afterschool until prom (3:30pm-6:30pm). No signup is necessary for parents....come as you are and lend a hand!
