Attention Tiger Inc. Employees...

Nominations for Tiger, Inc. Employee of the month must be made by the 21st of each month.  Nominations should include the following information:

• Your First and Last Names

• Date of Nomination

• Shift and Course

• Month of Nomination

• A 75-100 word summary discussing why this person should be nominated

It is important to recognize the efforts of our co-workers who contribute to the company by assisting others while improving their own skills.  Persons who are nominated for employee of the month should demonstrate excellent work ethics, determination, and leadership qualities.

Thanks to all past and present employees of Tiger, Inc. who submitted ideas for employee of the month.  If you have suggestions for improving the procedures used in the selection of the Employee of the Month and/or for rewards that should be provided to the person who receives this monthly honor please email Mrs. Marshall.  When emailing me be sure to include the subject "Ideas for employee of the month". 

Criteria for Selection of Employee of the Month:

• 0 unexcused absences for the month

• No more than 2 unexcused tardies for the month

• Participated in professional dress days for the month

• 0 disciplinary referrals

• Cannot serve as vice president or department manager of the company during the month

• Performed duties which the CEO deems as going the "Extra Mile"

Rewards for Employee of the Month

• Name in the drawing for  drawing for two movie tickets or a gift card

• One additional "Break Pass"

• Choice of a "Sweet Reward"

• Awarded 1 Professional Point

Rewards for Employee of the Term

• Name in the "term" drawing for a $20 gift certificate

• One additional "Break Pass"

• Choice of a "Sweet Reward"

• Drop the lowest Test Score

• Awarded 3 Professional Points

Rewards for Employee of the Year

• $50 gift certificate

• One additional "Break Pass"

• Choice of a "Sweet Reward"

• Drop the lowest Test Score

• Awarded 5 Professional Points
