STUDENT ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The Board shall contract each year with a reputable insurance company to provide low-cost student accident insurance for students. Participation in the insurance program shall be voluntary.
The Board requires that all students participating in varsity athletics, including practice sessions, must be properly insured against accidents. Each student must pay the appropriate insurance premium prior to participation or have parents/guardian sign a waiver form indicating that adequate insurance coverage is provided at home and that they do not want the school insurance.
