EQUAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

It shall be the policy of the Board that the School District shall provide on a non-discriminatory basis educational opportunities for children. No person shall be denied the benefits of any education program or activity on the basis of race, color, handicap, creed, national origin or sex. All programs offered by schools within the School District shall be open to all students in compliance with statutory and judicial requirements.

The Superintendent shall designate a member of the staff to investigate complaints, which may be brought against the district in regard to any alleged discriminatory action. The name, address and telephone number of the designee shall be publicized accordingly.
