IN-SERVICE EDUCATION

In-service education or on-the-job training shall be provided for all personnel in the Auburn School System in accordance with State Board of Education and State Department of Education regulations. Such programs shall be planned for the improvement of personal skills and techniques to increase efficiency in instruction and in the performance of service.
