MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Buildings, grounds and equipment shall be maintained in good physical condition to minimize accidents and/or injury to students, employees and other citizens from fire, natural disasters, mechanical and electrical malfunction and avoidable hazards. Periodic inspections shall be made to reduce hazards and assure clean and attractive facilities.

Buildings shall be planned, equipped and maintained in accordance with appropriate local, state and federal building codes and safety regulations.

Proper supervision of students and other people using the buildings shall be required at all times.
