CASH IN SCHOOL BUILDINGS

It shall be the policy of the Board that all school funds collected at each school or school activity of the Board shall be deposited in a bank on a daily basis, to include night depository. In the event that due to an unforeseen or emergency situation it is impossible to deposit said funds on the day of receipt, it is the responsibility of the local school principal to provide for the security of said funds until the next day the bank is open.
